In Q1 2026 the Dino Group’s revenue totaled PLN 8.4 billion and was 14.8% higher than in Q1 2025. At the end of March 2026, the network consisted of 3,094 stores, 348 more than one year ago. The capital expenditures earmarked for the firm’s development totaled PLN 410 million. The Dino Group’s headcount climbed to 56.7 thousand employees.
In Q1 2026, Dino, the leading company in Poland’s retail sector in terms of value of investments carried out and the number of jobs created, opened 62 new stores. At the end of March 2026, there were 3,094 stores bearing Dino’s distinctive red logo in Poland. Thanks to their uniform format and convenient location they make it easier for consumers doing their daily shopping for groceries and other staples.
At the end of March 2026, the total selling area in Dino stores exceeded 1.2 million square meters, up 13.0% from one year ago. Dino Polska’s capital expenditures are related mostly to the development of the store network, logistics base and production capacity at Agro-Rydzyna’s meat processing plants. They totaled PLN 410 million in Q1 2026. The Dino Group’s cumulative capex spend over the last five years amounted to PLN 7.7 billion. During the same period, the company created nearly 30 thousand jobs.
Revenue in Q1 2026 totaled PLN 8.4 billion and was up 14.8% from one year ago. 42.4% of revenue came from the sales of fresh products, especially fruit and vegetables, bread and the fresh meat, which the company delivers to its stores every morning.
The like-for-like (LfL) sales growth rate in stores in existence for at least one year was 4.4% in Q1 2026 and was affected by price deflation, which exceeded 3% in the case of fresh products.
“Thanks to the commitment of our employees, we recorded a significant increase in sales volume. This is reflected in the well-deserved increase in their remuneration. At the same time, we are implementing solutions that help reduce the number of day-to-day tasks,” says Michał Krauze, Management Board Member of Dino Polska.
One such initiative is the rollout of reverse vending machines for collecting PET bottles and cans across the entire store network.
“In the stores where they have already been launched, they have improved working comfort. Customers also benefit, as Dino’s reverse vending machines are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” adds Michał Krauze.
PV installations to provide our company with clean electricity have been a regular part of the equipment installed in newly-opened Dino stores. At the end of Q1 2026, 2,918 stores, representing 94% of Dino’s overall network had been outfitted with PV installations. Own installations using renewable energy sources also operate in seven of the Group’s distribution centers. The total capacity of the RES installations owned by the Dino Group is 121 MW and was nearly 17% higher than a year earlier.
