The Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. (“Company”) reports that today, i.e. 6 June 2019 it made the decision to commence the construction of the Company’s next distribution center in the community of Łobez in the Western Poland Voivodship (“Investment”).
For this purpose, the Company will enter into a number of contracts with entities independent of the Company that specialize in the execution of such investments, including the entity that will play the role of general contractor. This investment will involve the comprehensive construction and fit-out of the freezer, refrigerated storage area, controlled-temperature warehouses, dry goods warehouse and social and office space with the accompanying technical infrastructure, internal roads and parking spots. The total planned warehouse space will be 43.5 thousand square meters.
The total net estimated cost of the investment will be approximately PLN 80 million and it will be financed using the Company’s own funds and bank loans. The purpose of the new distribution center is to handle the deliveries of goods to the growing number of Dino stores and support the network’s ongoing geographic expansion. The Company anticipates that the Investment will be completed in the second quarter of 2020.
