Dino Polska S.A., one of Poland’s fastest-growing retail grocery networks, has just been promoted to WIG20, the index of the top 20 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Dino Polska S.A. will be included in WIG20 as a result of the annual index adjustment decision, that is after the 15 March 2019 session.
Our promotion to this elite group of Poland’s largest listed companies, after less than two years since our IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, is an enormous distinction for us. We owe it to our relentless efforts aimed at putting our development strategy into practice and to the trust that investors keep placing in us. Dino Polska S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s main floor since 19 April 2017. Its market capitalization has grown by more than 200% since its IPO. To date, the company’s stock has been included in the mWIG40 mid-cap index. Dino Polska’s stock is included in some of the most significant international stock exchange indices published by MSCI and FTSE Russel.
During the last three months, the trading volume in the stock of Dino Polska S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange has been in excess of PLN 1 billion, which translates into an average volume of PLN 17 million per trading session. The Company’s market capitalization as at 28 February 2019 is PLN 10.5 billion.

Dino is a Polish network consisting of medium-sized grocery supermarkets located close to clients’ places of residence that is one of the fastest growing networks on the overall retail grocery market in Poland. Dino’s network consists of 977 stores (data as at 31 December 2018) primarily located in western Poland.
